As universities and faculty navigate these unprecedented times, the Israel Institute will continue to provide a range of grants to support university-level teaching about Israel. We are currently recruiting faculty to teach in the United States starting in Fall 2021, when most schools anticipate fully reopening campuses. For faculty in the United States who are scrambling to prepare Zoom classes, our Teaching with Impact workshop will provide strategies to improve teaching both on and off virtual platforms. Finally, undergraduate students who can't study abroad next year might be interested in our Honors Symposium, a three-day workshop exploring contemporary issues in Israeli politics and society.
